Tuition & Fees

Brunswick’s tuition includes a student’s academic courses, the majority of his athletic commitments, his meals, and other activities offered to all students or to an entire grade. Separate charges are made for field trips and optional activities when the school incurs additional expenses. In addition, Upper and Middle School students are expected to purchase textbooks and instructional materials. Tuition obligations are incurred for the full year and are billed in two installments, payable in May and December. Brunswick offers tuition financing, loan programs, monthly payment plans, and tuition insurance plans.

Financial Aid: Our Commitment to Community

Financial aid provides boys with unbounded opportunity to discover their dreams and their identities — and to share them with the Brunswick community. Boys are given the chance to explore interests in the classroom, on the athletic fields, and on the stage — and to reach for new heights in their character and personal growth.

They learn how to learn, how to explore, how to stumble and fall, and how to get back up on their feet — ready to take the world by storm when they conclude their Brunswick careers.

But students aren’t the lone benefactors.  Our entire school community, too, becomes a place of new ideas, new pursuits, and new perspectives — a place of diversity, vibrancy, and inclusivity. Not every face is the same. Not every voice is the same.

And all are seen, heard, and loved.

The Financial Aid Process

The financial aid process is confidential. To determine a fair financial aid award, Brunswick subscribes to analysis done by the School and Student Services (SSS) for Financial Aid. Families can apply online (suggested) by visiting Solutions by SSS and completing the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS).  SSS is an independent organization that aids in the evaluation of need for financial assistance.

The SSS form also requires that each family submit its most recent federal tax return with all schedules and W-2 forms. These forms must be resubmitted on an annual basis to maintain eligibility for financial aid. The final determination of aid is made by Brunswick’s Financial Aid Committee.

Please read the steps below and note all deadlines. Questions about financial aid should be directed to David Bruce, Director of Financial Aid, who can be reached at 203.242.1203.
