Assistant Head of School Doug Burdett, who is retiring this spring after 36 years at Brunswick, served as the keynote speaker at Senior Awards, addressing Upper School students, faculty, parents, and guests with a heartfelt and humorous reflection on friendship, memory, and the importance of genuine human connection.

Two Brunswick seniors, Pierce Crosby and Max Lanson, have been named recipients of National Merit Scholarships as part of the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Competition.

Brunswick’s Upper School math team delivered an outstanding performance at the New England competition held at Canton High School, placing first among small schools in a field of 35 public and private schools from across the region.​​​​​​​
