Brunswick’s Upper School Theater Department strives to lend itself to the imagination of the entire student body. Classes and productions are geared toward awakening students to their potential and creating a productive path, depending on individual interests.
We offer advanced and honors acting classes for students interested in exploring ever-evolving acting methods and techniques. In addition, seniors who wish to chart their own theatrical direction may pursue independent study.
Technical Theater is offered as well. Students explore the crafts behind the scenes and learn to balance creativity with practicality.
We encourage — and welcome — students at every grade level to audition for productions and to pursue technical positions.
No experience is required!
Brunswick competed in Match 4 of the Fairfield County Math League on Wednesday, with the A-team earning a convincing victory in the field of 27 schools with 113 total points.
For the Brunswick School football program, this year’s National Signing Day is more than a celebration — it’s a historic milestone, as the Bruins are sending an unprecedented 12 student-athletes to play college football during the early signing period.

Brunswick's final match of the season was the NEPSAC Championship game against Phillips Exeter Academy at Mehra Natatorium on Sunday, with the Bruins ultimately earning a 20-13 win to capture their 10th consecutive New England Championship title.
