In the Middle School, our technology program is designed to deepen students’ collaborative and critical thinking skills, preparing them for more advanced concepts in computer science. The curriculum refines students’ abilities across several digital mediums, including coding, graphic design, animation, 3D design, web development, and multimedia creation, while also fostering ethical online behavior. We use a variety of beginner-friendly tools to teach these subjects, ensuring students can easily grasp the fundamentals of each area. Our approach to web design and multimedia encourages students to understand and utilize basic development and editing principles, suitable for their level of expertise. Data analysis skills are cultivated using accessible methods that simplify data manipulation and visualization, preparing students for more sophisticated analytical tools.
Extracurricular activities such as Coding Club, Robotics, and Digital Arts complement the curriculum, promoting further exploration and innovation. This holistic approach ensures students are not only proficient in technology but are also equipped to think logically, communicate effectively, and thrive in future academic pursuits.
