Upper School

Intellect. Independence. Purpose.

LIFE CHALLENGED

We believe in providing a traditional, rigorous academic program that enables our boys to develop the creative and independent qualities of mind to grow into adults who make significant, lasting contributions to society.

We are dedicated to guiding each young man to fulfill his potential as he prepares to excel in a rapidly changing world—one that increasingly demands the ability to compete, connect, collaborate, and create.

Academics

Students strive for excellence and challenge themselves to be critical and independent thinkers in the classroom and beyond.

Arts

The arts play an essential role. We encourage all our boys to value and pursue artistic self-expression.

Athletics

We believe physical fitness is a cornerstone of lifelong good health. We offer a spectrum of athletic opportunities for all students.

Student Life

Clubs and service opportunities build friendships and leadership skills while inspiring the whole school community.

College Counseling

Our team guides Upper Schoolers at every step. We provide one-on-one support as our boys explore, visit, and apply to college.

When that milestone day arrives, after 26 years of his steady and extraordinary leadership, Tom will be the longest tenured Head of School other than Brunswick’s founder.
